Sacramental Celebration

On Wednesday, Fr John Mark from St Clare’s parish came into school to hear first confessions from three pupils, and give to them the Sacrament of Holy Communion for the first time during our celebration of Mass after school. Nick Trunks, Nialle Byrne and Emilia Lodz all have completed sacramental preparation in school to be ready to receive Jesus in the Eucharist and meet Him in His mercy and love through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Nick was also received fully into the Catholic Church at Mass on Wednesday. The pupils were supported in this exciting next step in their faith journey by many family members, friends and staff. Thank you to all who attended this special occasion.
