Our Facilities

Corpus Christi is proud of its outstanding facilities which include a recently replaced full size, third generation floodlit all-weather pitch which is laid to the highest specifications and is FA and FIFA approved. The floodlights mean that coaching can take place into the evening. In addition, the grass pitches and netball courts provide superb facilities for a wide variety of team games and individual sports.

The Sports Hall itself can be compared to the size of four badminton courts, which also includes four netted cricket lanes and is able to cater for basketball, netball, gymnastics, indoor hockey and five-a-side football. The Technology rooms are spacious and superbly equipped. In addition, there are six I.C.T suites to support pupils’ studies.

We have a well-stocked resource and learning centre and an award winning restaurant, Il Cenacolo which has recently been refurbished to include new flooring, seating and branding. All departments are now suited and classrooms are fitted with the latest specialist equipment, including 85” digital interactive screens, white boards and visualisers.

More recently we have installed a new food technology classroom fitted with brand new appliances and air conditioning. The old food rooms have been converted to a new chaplaincy room where the chaplains can meet with pupils and an impressive new chapel which is used for our weekly masses, services and liturgies, while the Sports Hall continues to serve our needs for whole school Masses and assemblies.

We have transformed our assembly hall with the installation of state of the art bleacher seating which can seat up to 326 pupils.

Our Jack McLaughlin Centre, located at the front of the school, is available for meetings, conferences, recruitment days, team building, product launches, staff training and corporate events, and is an ideal business venue. The dedicated building provides award winning catering, ample secured free parking, air conditioning and IT facilities with various rooms to accommodate up to a maximum of 100 delegates depending on your choice of layout. The Centre is located only minutes away from junction 32 of the M6 and close to the main west coast railway line; the centre is easily accessible to those traveling by car or on public transport.
