Completed appeal forms should be returned by post to Corpus Christi Catholic High School no later than Friday, 17 March 2023. Alternatively, they may be submitted via email by to Miss Wignall: cwig@ccc.lancs.sch.uk

You will be contacted by the Appeals Team with a date for the hearing which will be in the summer term at Lancashire County Council.

You may apply to be placed on the waiting list as well as submitting an appeal.
