Culture Day 2026

Culture Day once again brought colour, music and pride to our school as 94 pupils, representing 21 countries, shared the richness of their heritage. Dressed in traditional clothing, pupils looked wonderful and showcased their cultures with confidence.

The afternoon opened with the sound of a traditional djembe and an original piano piece by Jeff, setting the tone for a vibrant event. Stallholders delivered presentations about their traditions, food, sport and daily life, while many brought items from home that sparked interest. The hall was filled with the aromas of food generously shared by pupils and their families.

Performances, including traditional dances from Nigeria and Pakistan, were met with great enthusiasm. The cultural fashion show, expertly compered by Tolu and Victoria, was another highlight. They introduced each outfit and explained its meaning.

Culture Day was a joyful celebration and a powerful reminder of the diversity, unity and respect that define our school community. We are incredibly proud of every pupil who took part and grateful to the families who supported them.
