Lancashire Book of the Year

Year 9 pupils have been involved in the voting process to determine the winner of Lancashire Book of the Year 2023 by reading one or more titles over the last few months, helping to determine the shortlist from which they then voted for their favourites.

As a thank you for their involvement, the pupils were invited to attend a ‘Meet the Author’ event at UCLAN where they heard directly from the authors involved.

All pupils had an excellent experience and were a credit to the school.
