LUSoM Maths Competition

Last week, 16 of our pupils represented Corpus Christi at a local mathematics competition at Lancaster University School of Mathematics, competing against other schools from across Lancashire. The event involved problem solving, teamwork and challenges to test their mathematical understanding and reasoning. Our KS3 teams scored 75 and 80 points on Tuesday, whilst our KS4 teams scored 113 and 116 points on Wednesday. On both days, we narrowly missed out on a top three finish. A huge well done to all pupils involved and we look forward to participating again next year.
