Ofsted Report – Outstanding in all areas

Our school was inspected by Ofsted on 8 and 9 July. Ofsted returned following our overwhelmingly positive section 8 inspection report from 2024, which stated that ‘evidence gathered suggests that the inspection grade might be outstanding if a graded (section 5) inspection were carried out now. The school’s next inspection will be a graded inspection.’

We have now received the final report, which confirms that our provision is outstanding in all areas.

As stated in our report published in 2024, inspectors did not identify any areas for improvement, therefore this section does not appear in our report. During the two days, the highly experienced team of inspectors were simply blown away.  

Once again, the language used in the report about all aspects of our provision is very strong. Words such as ‘extraordinary’, ‘exceptional’ and ‘impressive’ are used throughout. Inspectors also described our understanding of how best to support pupils to learn and achieve well as ‘truly remarkable’. However, we are most proud of the way in which inspectors describe the conduct and attitudes of our pupils. They are a credit to you, as parents and carers, and to our school.
