Sports Day 2026

On Tuesday we held our annual Sports Day. Pupils showed remarkable resilience and enthusiasm, proudly representing their houses across a range of events. The whole school gathered to watch the action, creating a fantastic atmosphere as pupils cheered passionately for their houses. The day featured tug of war battles and a full programme of track events, with cheers echoing from every corner of the field. It was a tightly fought contest throughout, with every competitor giving their all. In the end, only 9 points separated the top two houses, but it was defending champions Haydock who lifted the trophy once again, marking their fifth Sports Day victory.

Congratulations to all who participated and contributed to the success of this memorable event. The determination, team spirit, and sportsmanship on display were a credit to the whole school.
